How do I make payments?

All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Credit Card, Debit Card & Bank Transfer.

You can use any of the payment types listed below via Stripe online payment gateway which accept credit cards and online banking features. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed.

Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to Stripe online payment gateway payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the Stripe popup page to secure your order. All orders will automatically be deemed void if you leave the Stripe popup page. 

For Malaysia order, you have the option to choose Bank Transfer which allows you to make payment at Bank Counter or ATM / Cash Deposit machines.

*Please note that we only use Alliance Bank for Bank Transfer.

Can I pay via ATM / Cash Deposit machines or at the Bank counter?

Yes you can. Just checkout via Bank Transfer method. Please make your payment and then update the bank transfer details within 24 hours once you made your order. All UNPAID Order(s) will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours.

After Bank Transfer is done, what should I do, and how?

Kindly take a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt (with your order number written on the receipt) or a Internet Banking Transaction screenshot and uploaded into the bank transfer portal for payment verification (where the link can be found in your email invoice). Please bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to the customer will be returned in the form of store credit.
