Do you accept returns & Defective Items ?
Scaredwhat provides returns & exchange for all items, except Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable & non-exchange items. Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it has been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash
The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will refund to your credit card after receiving your return parcel.
Can I visit your office for the return/exchange ?
Yes. You may drop by our office to perform the exchange. However, it is subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange, and must be done within 5 working day upon receiving your parcel.
The color looks different from the website.
Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

Scaredwhat will send a brand new exact piece to the buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received. Fully refund back to your credit card if the item is no longer in stock. |
*Processing fee costs of RM5 (RM8 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs RM100 you will receive the refund of RM95 or RM92 (East Malaysia).
*If the dust bag and the shoe cover do not return together when you return the parcel, you will be charged RM10 if you're on free shipping, RM5 for paying your own shipping fee.
*Return without meeting the criteria will be charged for another RM5 for penalty.
*Sales items may have slight defects/color discrepancies /measurements discrepancies and are strictly not returnable / exchange.
- All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
- Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable / non-exchange items.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- All items must be shipped back within 5 working days (MALAYSIA) upon receipt of orders.
- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
- We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcels.
- All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- Return won't be accepted if we do not receive RETURN FORM's email.

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
